Bush reassures Detroit: Aid is on way
The White House gave troubled Detroit automakers public reassurances Monday that short-term government help was in the works as a key senator suggested the aid package could reach a total of $15 billion for General Motors and Chrysler.
Embarassment of 0-16 is just two losses away
Despite looming infamy, Marinelli say he refuses to make changes for the sake of making changes.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Rod Marinelli addressed the specter of an 0-16 season with his team a couple weeks ago as they prepared to face the Minnesota Vikings.
Two losses later, his players simply can't avoid the talk.
But Marinelli doesn't want to hear about the pressure mounting to avoid making history as the first NFL team to go winless in a season since the league schedule was expanded to 16 games in 1978.
That's right Marinelli, stay the course! And thank you Mr. President!
