Those Who Don't Know History

We have a saying here in New York.. I think it's in New York, it might be New Jersey, but the saying goes "Those who don't know history.. those who don't... won't get fooled again!" Which brings us to Ralph Peters opining on Russia vs. Georgia in the NY Post:
